I am honored and excited to be a part of Sophia Unleashed- The Return To Holy Wisdom Global Conference hosted by Kathy Forest of Celestial Forest Institute. I will be one of 32 speakers from a variety of wisdom schools and life experiences during the four day free conference August 11 - 15th who are here to show you that you can begin to trust life again, and begin to truly live from the deep holy wisdom you brought to this planet. You can truly allow Sophia to be Unleashed… through you… to be lived by you!

My interview topic will be Connect to Divine Sophia Through The Power of the Breath.
Our lives are so busy these days and we are constantly managing several things simultaneously— jobs, families, the hope and (hopefully) self-care. Finding quiet space or a few minutes to ourselves can be a challenge. Given this, my wish was to remind you the gift of the breath; a simple yet profound tool accessible to you at any time, to ground and recenter you and to bring you into your heart space, your higher consciousness; to bring you back home to you and your divine wisdom within.
I believe that the transformation of our planet and her inhabitants is palpable and holds a divine purpose, and that we all play an important integral part in this profound shift. Remembering our Oneness and the Divine Wisdom that is our birthright is part of the work we can do to help restore the balance and sanctity of our world, raise the vibration, remember the light and help others to do so as well. Coming back to your breath and your higher consciousness is a powerful yet simple way to aid in this process, not to mention return to the magic and bright light that is uniquely you.
